Report Lost or Stolen VACU Information

Acting quickly is important if you have lost your account information or suspect it has been stolen. If your debit/credit card is lost or stolen, you can turn your card off in the Manage Your Cards section of online banking as well as reporting it by calling the number listed below.

For a VACU debit card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at 866-820-8785

For a VACU debit plus card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at 866-820-1062

For a VACU credit card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at 800-449-7728

For a lost or stolen VACU check, checkbook or account information:

  • Contact Member Services at 804-323-6800 or 800-285-6609 during business hours
  • If you have online banking service, log on to online banking to change your User ID and Password (in the Member Services tab).
  • If you have QuikLine Phone Banking access, call QuikLine at 804-323-2000 or 800-285-1096, and press "6" to change your QuikLine PIN
