Free Text Banking1 is a fast, easy way to check your account balances and recent transactions. All you need is a mobile device that has text message (SMS) service enabled.
Simply text one of these simple commands to VACU’s short code 59851 to begin receiving account balances and recent transaction information.
To take advantage of our free mobile banking services2, you will first need to be enrolled in online banking.

Add 59851 to your list of mobile contacts to save time
Text messages are not case sensitive
If you send a text from outside the U.S., you may incur roaming fees; check with your carrier for details
If your device is lost or stolen, or there are changes to your wireless carrier provider or mobile number, logon to Online Banking to cancel or edit your Text Banking service
Text Banking is free from VACU, but your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages. Check with your provider for details and specific charges that may apply for you.
Text Banking does not send any User IDs, passwords or account numbers as part of the service.
Send your requests to 59851. You may want to add that to your list of mobile contacts to save time.
If you have more than one of each account type, you will have other numbers after the account type, for example, S1 and S2 if you have two savings accounts.
Yes, you can register up to 2 mobile phones for Text Banking.
Just send the command STOP to 59851 and you will immediately be unsubscribed.
