On Saturday, July 11 from 5 pm until approximately 12 am, the following systems will be impacted while maintenance is performed:
- Online banking will NOT be available
- Mobile banking will NOT be available.
- QuikLine will NOT be available.
- ATM withdrawals will be subject to offline limits.
- PIN-based POS debit card transactions will be subject to offline limits.
- Signature-based debit card transactions will be subject to offline account balance file.
- VACU’s connection to the CU Service Centers network will be down. As a result, VACU members will not be able to obtain account balance information and transactions may be unavailable at CU Service Center locations.
- Online membership opening and online loan applications will be available for application submission. Applications will be processed (or submitted) following the maintenance window.
- Bill Pay information and eStatements will NOT be available.
