For the security of your account, the online banking system will automatically lock you out after five consecutive unsuccessful login attempts. If you need to unlock your account, you can do so here.
You can hide, group, and rename accounts to customize what you see on the online banking home screen. To edit a group name or create a new account group, select the three-dot menu on your top account group. To add an account nickname, or move an account to a different group, select the three-dot menu on the relevant account tile. To manage which accounts show on your home screen, go to Settings > Account Preferences, select the relevant account, and adjust the Home toggle under Account Visibility.
Select My Cards from the menu and then Make a Payment next to the appropriate card. Additionally, you can select Transfers & Payments from the menu and then Credit Card and Loan Payments. You can also mail a check, call Member Services at 800-285-6609, or pay at a branch.
Once you’re enrolled and logged in to online banking, select Bill Pay from the menu to enroll in Bill Pay.
With VACU’s mobile deposit, you can electronically deposit checks with an iPhone or Android device that has a camera through our VACU mobile app. Simply snap photos of the front and back of your endorsed check to make deposits into your VACU account. Mobile deposit is not available with first and second generation iPads.
We provide two-factor authentication during the log in process, providing you with a temporary Secure Access Code via email, call, or text to ensure that your information stays safe. Never share a Secure Access Code with anyone. Virginia Credit Union will never ask you for this code.
