Enterprise File Sharing

We are committed to providing members with a safe banking environment and secure transmission of your personal and account information. As a part of that commitment, we have implemented a secure Enterprise File Sharing service to allow you to securely receive and send files.

Please note: No special software is required to securely send documents to or receive documents from Virginia Credit Union.

Receiving secure files from VACU

When you receive documents or files from Virginia Credit Union, we’ll send you an email with instructions about how to retrieve your files. The message will also include a link to the files, which reside securely on our system.

Sending secure files to VACU

Once you have registered for an account with our Enterprise File Sharing service, you will be able to upload and send files to VACU. Registration takes just a few minutes and will ensure the safety of your sensitive information.

To send files:

• Login to the Enterprise File Sharing service
• Choose 'Upload Files'
• Select a folder to upload the files in
• Add the files to be uploaded from your computer
• Click 'Upload'
