Virginia Credit Union’s business services team helped the Jefferson Lakeside Country Club complete a major repair of a dam on its property earlier this year. By repairing the dam, Jefferson Lakeside was able to preserve a signature water feature on its 18-hole golf course and retain sufficient water for irrigation during dry spells. Bob Foster, the general manager of the club, credits Virginia Credit Union’s business services team for its responsiveness throughout the project. Receiving funding in time to complete the project early in the year was critical to take advantage of the weather and ensure the course was ready for Spring play.
