Virginia Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative serving almost 500,000 members, today announced the election of new officers for its Board of Directors.
Newly elected officers are:

Robert Bolling. “VACU has achieved significant milestones in recent years by remaining firmly focused on those things that are foundational to our success: our mission, service to members, and creating value for our membership. From that solid foundation, we’ll look to innovation, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to members’ financial well-being to further elevate our credit union and its work to help members achieve greater success.”
As a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, VACU is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by its membership. Board members serve three-year terms and are elected during the credit union’s Annual Meeting. Directors elect Board officers.
