VACU Board Members and Officers Elected

Board of Directors

At Virginia Credit Union’s online annual meeting on March 23, Virginia Credit Union members elected Kim Baine to a four-year term on the volunteer Board of Directors, and re-elected Rob Jones and Tracy McCabe to four-year terms.

Jones, the immediate past chair of the Board, is the Founder and CEO of the Alliance Group. McCabe, a member of the executive, governance and fall planning session committees of the Board has been a member of the Board since 2018 and previously worked in several capacities at Luck Stone Corporation. Baine is owner and CPA of Kimberly R. Baine Accounting Service and Senior Accountant/Manager with A. G. Reese & Associates, P.C. Baine is a former internal auditor with Central Fidelity Bank.

Board Officers

Immediately following the online meeting, the Board of Directors met to elect officers for a one-year term. They are Kenneth Ampy, Chairman; Melina Davis, Vice Chair; and Robert Bolling, Secretary/Treasurer. Past Chairman Rob Jones has joined the Board’s Executive Committee as Member-At-Large.

Ampy is the co-founder and CEO of Astyra Corporation in Richmond. Davis is the executive vice president and CEO of the Medical Society of Virginia. Bolling is Chief Executive Officer of ChildSavers.
