VACU Board Members and Officers Elected

Board of Directors 

At Virginia Credit Union’s online annual meeting on March 24, Virginia Credit Union members re-elected Ken Ampy, JT Grier, and Eric Tolbert to four-year terms on the volunteer Board of Directors.

Ampy is co-founder and CEO of Astyra Corporation. Grier is managing director of public markets for the Virginia Retirement System. Tolbert is chief financial officer at Virginia Air Distributors, Inc.

Board Officers

Immediately following the online meeting, the Board of Directors met to elect officers for a one-year term.

They are Rob Jones, Chairman; Melina Davis, Vice Chairman; and Kenneth Ampy, Secretary/Treasurer. Board member Tracy McCabe was re-elected to the Board’s Executive Committee as Member-At-Large.

Jones is Founder and CEO of the Alliance Group. Davis is the executive vice president and CEO of the Medical Society of Virginia. Ampy is the co-founder and CEO of Astyra Corporation in Richmond. McCabe is an IT Data Team Lead at Luck Stone Corporation.
