VACU Board Members and Officers Elected

At Virginia Credit Union’s online annual meeting on May 27, Virginia Credit Union members elected L. Robert Bolling and Patricia Green to four-year terms on the volunteer Board of Directors, and re-elected Paul Thompson to a four-year term.

Bolling is the chief executive officer of ChildSavers. Green is the executive director of the Midlothian Family YMCA. Thompson is vice president for Mid-Atlantic Distribution for MoboTrex, Inc.

Immediately following the online meeting, the Board of Directors met to elect officers for a one-year term. They are Rob Jones, Chairman; Paul Thompson, Vice Chairman; and Kenneth Ampy, Secretary/Treasurer. Board member Tracy McCabe has joined the Board’s Executive Committee as Member-At-Large.

Jones is Founder and CEO of the Alliance Group. Thompson is vice president for Mid-Atlantic Distribution for MoboTrex, Inc. Ampy is the co-founder and CEO of Astyra Corporation in Richmond. McCabe is an IT Data Team Lead at Luck Stone Corporation.
