When do QuikLine transactions appear on my account?

Transfers take effect when you call. If you make a transfer, it may take just a few minutes to be listed in your account history. Withdrawals are usually reflected in about one hour. Credit card payments may take up to one full business day to process.

Do I need to request a QuikLine PIN to use the QuikLine system?

Even if you have never used QuikLine, all you will need to use it is your member number and a touch tone phone. Simply call QuikLine and follow the instructions.

If I've forgotten my QuikLine PIN, how can I get it?

The fastest way is to call Member Services at (804) 323-6800 or (800) 285-6609 to reset your PIN.

Can I select or change my own QuikLine PIN?

Yes, you can change your PIN to any four-digit to six-digit number you choose. You can change it yourself by calling QuikLine. If you need additional assistance with your PIN change, please call Member Services at (804) 323-6800 or (800) 285-6609.

What if I make a mistake when I am using QuikLine?

Press "2" to cancel the transaction. In some instances you can press "9" to back up or you can also hang up and call back. If you realize after you ended a call that you made a mistake on a transfer or payment that was already processed, you can simply call QuikLine again and reverse the transaction or call Member Services at (804) 323-6800 or (800) 285-6609 for help.

I have multiple member numbers. When QuikLine prompts me to enter my member number, which number do I use?

All your accounts should be available to you by using your lowest member number in QuikLine. You will access your various accounts through the regular Account Information and Transfer menus. If you need help, call Member Services at (804) 323-6800 or (800) 285-6609.

My husband and I have joint accounts with different account numbers. How do I sign up to access our different account numbers through QuikLine?

You will have access to accounts on which you are a joint owner or custodian using your member number, even when those other accounts are under a different member number.

Can I apply for a loan using QuikLine?

No, not through QuikLine, but you can apply for a loan online or call Member Services at (804) 323-6800 or (800) 285-6609. Representatives are available to take your loan application 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
