    We're revamping our current online banking experience with a fresh, cohesive look that will be consistent across the website and mobile app. If you use Business Online Banking or the VACU Business App, you are already familiar with this new experience.

How do I update my contact information?

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Click the "Member Services" tab, then "My Info."
  3. Click "Change Addresses and Phone Numbers" or "Change Email" to review your current info.
  4. If your information is incorrect, follow instructions on the screen to update your information.

Do I need to enroll in the new online banking?

No, your User ID, as well as personal and account information, will automatically move to our new online banking website and mobile app. Once the new online banking website and mobile app launch, you’ll simply need to enter your current User ID and password. After getting logged on, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. If your online banking profile is locked, you will need to contact us for help logging in.

March 19, 2024.

Why are you changing online banking?

We’ve heard our members' feedback and accordingly created a new, streamlined online banking site and a mobile app with full functionality and a consistent experience.

Will I have to download a new mobile app?

Yes, there will be a new Virginia Credit Union mobile app for you to download on your Apple or Android devices. If you use the VACU Business app, you will just need to update that app. That will become the new VACU app.

How do I access the new online banking website?

You'll be able to log into the new site from vacu.org. If you’ve bookmarked the current online banking page, that link will no longer work come March 19. You can bookmark vacu.org/login instead, as that will always link you to the most current online banking site.

Will my User ID and password be the same the for the website and mobile app?

Yes, you’ll use the same user ID and password when logging in to the website and mobile app.

Will I have to change my current User ID and password in the new online banking?

Once the new online banking experience launches, you’ll use your current User ID and password. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.

Will I be able to make member-to-member transfers?

Yes, you’ll be able to make member-to-member transfers, including the return of personal-to-business account transfers.

Will my future scheduled transfers move from the old online banking to the new online banking?

Yes, most of your scheduled transfers scheduled for March 19 or later will automatically be moved to the new online banking website and mobile app. Be sure to double-check that everything moved over correctly on March 19.

Will I be able to check my credit score in the new online banking?

Yes, you’ll be able to use our FICO® Credit Score tool to check your credit score.

What if I have personal and business accounts?

You’ll log in to the same website and mobile app for your personal and business accounts, with a distinct user ID and password for each account. There will be just one site and mobile app as of March 19. You will continue to have separate User IDs for personal and business.
