Do I need to enroll in the new online banking?

No, your User ID, as well as personal and account information, was already moved to our new online banking website and mobile app. When first accessing the new online banking website and mobile app, you’ll simply need to enter your current User ID and password. After getting logged on, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. If your online banking profile is locked, you can unlock it here.

How do I access the new online banking website?

You can log into the new site from If you've bookmarked the current online banking page, that link will no longer work. You can bookmark instead, as that will always link you to the most current online banking site. 

Is my User ID and password the same the for the website and mobile app?

Yes, you’ll use the same user ID and password when logging in to the website and mobile app.

Do I have to change my current User ID and password in the new online banking?

When first accessing the new online banking website and mobile app, you'll use your current user ID and password. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.

Am I able to make member-to-member transfers?

Yes, you can make member-to-member transfers, including the return of personal-to-business account transfers.

Were my future scheduled transfers moved from the old online banking to the new online banking?

Yes, most of your scheduled transfers scheduled for March 19 or later were automatically moved to the new online banking website and mobile app. Be sure to double-check that everything moved over correctly.

Am I able to check my credit score in the new online banking?

Yes, you can use our FICO® Credit Score tool to check your credit score.

What if I have personal and business accounts?

You’ll log in to the same website and mobile app for your personal and business accounts, with a distinct user ID and password for each account.
