Real Money Experience for Teens

High school students are invited to a Real Money Experience with Junior Achievement of Central Virginia! Teens will receive an adult identity, complete with a job, debt, and maybe even some kids. They create a budget considering their new identity, shop at 20+ businesses, make payments with a real debit card, and enjoy a pizza party to finish their day. Virginia Credit Union volunteers will work with small groups of students to provide real-life examples and facilitate discussions throughout the JA staff-led simulation.
