Starting now, you’ll see our carefully laid plans and collaboration go into action, bringing all your accounts under the Virginia Credit Union (VACU) roof during a system conversion weekend, April 17–20.Before this weekend, you'll receive multiple mailings from VACU with everything you need to transition your accounts, including new VACU credit and debit cards.We’re here at every step, and our team is ready for your questions. Give us a call at 800-666-8811 or visit your local branch. Late February - You'll receive a notice of changes in terms and your account agreement via mail. March - You'll be sent regular emails with helpful transition information.- VACU credit cards will be sent out. You'll need to activate and begin using your new card on April 11. Mid April - VACU debit cards will be sent out. You'll need to activate and begin using your new card on April 20.- Between April 13 and 17, Member One ATMs will be converted to VACU ATMs, with some temporary outages. Friday, April 17 - 9 am: Member One online/mobile banking and the loan payment portal will begin converting to VACU systems. You can access these services and your new VACU accounts starting April 20.- 7 pm: Member One's automated account line will no longer be available. You can begin using VACU's QuikLine phone banking on April 20. Saturday, April 18 - Member One branches and contact center will be closed.- Member One ATMs will be available as VACU ATMs, with cash withdrawal capability only until April 20. Sunday, April 19 - Last day to use Member One debit cards. Monday, April 20 - VACU online/mobile banking will be open for enrollment, with the loan payment portal also available.- Members will have full access to VACU's ATMs and contact center.
