Problems Logging On?

Are you having difficulty accessing our online banking? Here are some troubleshooting tips.

Forgot your User ID?

You can recover your User ID here, or in the top right of the screen you can select the ONLINE BANKING button > Login Help > Personal: Unlock User or Recover ID.

Business members will need to contact us to recover their User ID.


Forgot your password? 

You can reset your password by using the 'Forgot your password?' link on the password screen.

  • Step 1: On vacu.org, select the 'Online Banking' button.
  • Step 2: Enter your User ID and select 'Continue.'
  • Step 3: On the password screen, select 'Forgot your password?' and follow the on-screen prompts to recover your password.

Locked out of your account?

For the security of your account, the online banking system will automatically lock you out after five consecutive unsuccessful login attempts.
