New Bill Pay Service

Recently, we updated our Bill Pay service to a new platform. If you’ve used our Bill Pay service in the past, you’ll notice many of the same features in our new Bill Pay service. There are however, some differences we want to make you aware of to help ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

Logging in for the first time

  1. Use a desktop computer to accept your Bill Pay disclosures. These cannot be accepted within the Mobile App.
  2. You’ll need to “allow cookies” to use Bill Pay. These are typically found in your settings for your internet provider.
