As a Virginia Credit Union member you may be eligible for certain discounts or rebates when selling or buying your home with Virginia CU Realty.
Receive a 0.5% discount on the listing commission when you sell a home through Virginia CU Realty. For example, on a home that sold for $200,000, as a VACU member, you would save $1,000!
Listing services are currently available to members in the Greater Richmond, Farmville, Fredericksburg, and Northern Virginia areas.

Special Mortgage Rebate*
When you get your mortgage loan through VACU, use an agent from Virginia CU Realty as your buyer's agent, and use Virginia Statewide Title Services for your title insurance, you can receive a mortgage rebate. Ask a Virginia CU Realty agent or a VACU mortgage loan officer for details.
