Acting quickly is important if you have lost your account information or suspect it has been stolen. If your debit/credit card is lost or stolen, you can turn your card off in the Manage Your Cards section of Online Banking as well as reporting it using the proper phone number listed below.

For a VACU debit card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at (866) 820-8785

For a VACU debit plus card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at (866) 820-1062

For a VACU credit card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at (800) 449-7728

For a lost or stolen VACU check, checkbook or account information:

  • Contact Member Services at (804) 323-6800 or (800) 285-6609 during business hours
  • If you have Online Banking service, log on to Online Banking to change your User ID and Password (in the Member Services tab).
  • If you have QuikLine Phone Banking access, call QuikLine at (804) 323-2000 or (800) 285-1096, and press "6" to change your QuikLine PIN
