In a new advertising campaign that began this week, Virginia Credit Union emphasizes how it meets and exceeds consumer expectations for value, technology, security and access, while helping people make the best decisions and reach their financial goals.
“We heard loud and clear in our research that people want more from their financial institution,” said Feldman. “They want a financial partner who has their back and wants to help them succeed. That’s what we do every day at Virginia Credit Union.”
Research revealed that consumers would be interested in switching financial institutions if they knew they could get the features and access of larger institutions from a strong, locally-managed provider that cares about their financial well-being.
The new advertising campaign features Virginia Credit Union employees letting Virginians know that they are here to meet all of their financial needs, that the credit union offers “nationwide access with a local touch,” and more. The new spots are running on network and cable TV, outdoor billboards, direct mail and digital marketing channels.
