Options
You
can change your personal and account information as well as your passwords
within Home Banking.
Personal
Information
Personal
Information lets you change your address,
phone number and e-mail on Home Banking. However,
you must also notify Virginia Credit Union
directly of
any relevant changes to your name, address or phone number.
Change
Security Code lets you change your current Security
Code.
Change
Logon ID lets you change your current Logon ID.
Alerts lets
you request which of several notifications you want to receive
by e-mail, such as a transfer not processing, a problem with
making a Bill Payer payment, a merchant account changing and
more.
Preferences lets
you customize different aspects of Home Banking.

Account
Summary Sort lets you selet a default sort option for the Account
Summary screen. You can choose to sort by Account, Balance
or Type (default).

Start
Page allows Bill Payer users to designate one
of the following pages as the page that appears first
upon log on: Account
Summary, Setup/Change Payments, or Quick Pay

Time
Zone lets you select a time zone other than Eastern Standard
Time and indicate if you want times to be adjusted for daylight
savings time.

Account
Information lets you add, delete and change the
Virginia Credit Union accounts you access through Home Banking.

Details shows
you the account number and type and also allows you to assign
a nickname to the account, which will replace your
account number on the Account Summary page and other
common pages.

Add will add an account to your Home Banking access. Added
accounts will be available after they are validated by Virginia
Credit Union.

Delete will remove an account from Home Banking access.You may delete
an account only after any scheduled transfers or payments attached
to it
have been canceled.

Authentication
Maintain
Passmark allows you to change the phrase and image
that together create your Passmark.
Maintain
Challenge Questions lets you change the question and
answer of any of your three sets of Challenge Questions.
Alerts
Alerts lets you set up e-mail alerts to be sent to an external e-mail address.
General Alert shows you the alerts that Home Banking will automatically send to you, once you enter your external e-mail address.
Transfer Alert lets you send an alert when scheduled transfers are completed or unable to be processed.
Bill Payer Alert allows you to send alerts if Bill Payer payments are above an amount you select, when merchant information is changed in the system, with reminders before scheduled payments, or if there are problems with payments.
Alert History lets you see all alerts that have been sent to you by Home Banking.
