Secure Mail

Unlike regular Internet e-mail, Home Banking mail is secure, so you can send personal information to the credit union.

Secure Mail offers the capability to review, save, and delete received messages and to send new messages to Virginia Credit Union Member Services. You can use this feature at any time to communicate Home Banking questions, problems or other requests to Member Services.

Inbox Messages holds your incoming messages from Virginia Credit Union.

Outbox Messages holds copies of your outgoing messages.

Saved Messages holds the messages you save.

Compose New Mail is where you write and send messages. There are two addresses available, one for Bill Payment inquiries and one for all other questions.
