do I log on to Home Banking?
First, enter your Logon ID,
which is your social security number. Next, enter your Security Code,
which is the last four digits of your social
security number followed by the letters 'VACU'. For example, 1234VACU. The
first time you access Home Banking you
will be prompted to change both your Logon ID and your
Security Code.

do I start using Bill Payer?
The first step is to create
your personal list of merchants. Every merchant
you wish to pay using the Bill Payment activity must be on
your personal list. Use the secure Home Banking Mail
to contact Member Services if you have a question.
How do I add Bill Payer and eStatements to my Home
Banking service?
Just use the Bill Payer and eStatement
enrollment forms on our web site.
How does
Bill Payer Handles insufficient funds?
If you do not have enough
money in your account to cover your payment, the payment is “failed,” and
you will receive a “failed payment” message
through Home Banking Secure Mail.
