Welcome to Virginia Credit Union eStatements

We hope you will enjoy the convenience of receiving your credit union statements online.

Each month you will receive an Internet e-mail message informing you that your eStatement is ready. To view your eStatement:

  1. Log on to the Home Banking web site using the Home Banking Log On button, located in the top right corner of our web site.
     
  2. Click on eStatement link under Banking in your Home Banking navigation menu.

You can access eStatements as often as you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Up to 12 months of past statements are available.
Please note:
eStatements are made available to primary account owners. If you are a secondary account owner, you may not be able to access an eStatement for any account in which you are not the primary account owner.

Important Information

  • A pop-up blocker can cause access issues when viewing your eStatement. You may want to:
       
    • Temporarily disable the pop-up blocker to view your statements.
       
    • Add the Home Banking web site as a permissible site for pop-ups.
       
    • Hold down your Control (CTRL) key when you click on the eStatement link.
       
  • To continue receiving eStatements, it is important to keep your e-mail address up-to-date. You can update your e-mail address online or by calling Member Services.
