Recent changes to regulations have eliminated the receipt requirement for electronic transactions of $15 or less. VACU will still provide receipts at its ATMs but other merchants or financial institutions may not offer them. Once a year our auditors send letters to randomly selected members to confirm credit union accounts and balances. This process is required by our regulator and auditors. Letters will be mailed in October by McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. If you receive a confirmation and have questions, please call our Internal Audit Department. Contact us anytime we can help you.
