Bill payments must be made from a checking account.

Confirm that your account was debited for the transaction and view
the payment in your payment history. If you need further assistance,
contact Customer Service at (800) 337-8727, Monday – Friday,
7 a.m. - 11 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. to initiate
a payment investigation.
How will I know on what date
I should schedule the payment?
Once you’re enrolled with a merchant account list, the system
will prompt you for payment instructions. We recommend you schedule
the payment at least 5 business days before the due date to ensure
your payment is received on time.
