Wire Transfers

A wire transfer is a quick, efficient way to move funds electronically from one financial institution to another.  Immediate credit is given for wire transfers once the credit union receives them.

Incoming Wire Transfers
Virginia Credit Union receives incoming wires for members through one source, the Federal Reserve System. We do not accept wire transfers for non-members or “to be picked up upon proper ID.”

Credit union members can receive funds to their credit union account without a Virginia Credit Union fee through domestic and international wire transfers.
