How to use QuikLine
Call (804) 323-2000 or (800) 285-1096.
You'll need a touch-tone phone and your credit union member number. Just listen and follow the instructions. You're prompted each step of the way.

Things to remember

  • To enter amounts, enter dollars and cents with no decimal point. Example: $125.00 is entered as 12500
  • Press "9" to back up to a previous message
  • Press # to end the call
  • If you have multiple savings accounts, multiple checking accounts or loans, you will want to become familiar with the individual account numbers you access most often
