Virginia Credit Union is helping college students at VCU establish an emergency savings fund this fall with the Rams Rainy Day Fund Savings Program.The program is being rolled out to VCU students beginning this week and will reward those who open a savings account with a $50 deposit, participate in financial coaching appointments and complete an online financial check-up.
