Tips for avoiding ATM fees

  • Use Virginia Credit Union ATMs whenever possible.
  • Use your debit card to get cash back with purchases at grocery stores and other merchants in the Interlink or Credit Union 24 network.
  • Use Credit Union 24®/CU Here and most Credit Union Service Center network ATMs to avoid surcharges by other ATM owners.
  • Use your SuperCheck debit card at network ATMs to get the first 4 cash withdrawals per month from checking without Virginia Credit Union ATM fees. (Note that other ATM owners may surcharge.)
  • Reduce the number of ATM withdrawals by getting larger amounts each time.
