Report Lost or Stolen VACU Information

Acting quickly is important if you have lost your account information or suspect it has been stolen.

For a VACU SuperCheck debit card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day
    at (800) 449-7728 

For a VACU MasterCard or Visa credit card:

  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day
    at (800) 449-7728

For a VACU ATM card:

  • Contact Member Services during business hours
  • Call Cardholder Services toll-free 24-hours a day at
    (800) 449-7728

For a lost or stolen VACU check, checkbook or account information:

  • Contact Member Services during business hours
  • If you have Online Banking service, log on to Online Banking to change your User ID and Password (in the Member Services tab).
  • If you have QuikLine Phone Banking access, call QuikLine at (804) 323-2000 or (800) 285-1096, and press "6" to change your QuikLine PIN
