VACU's Dorothy J. Hall Scholarship Program
Each year Virginia Credit Union recognizes outstanding student members through its Dorothy J. Hall Scholarship program.
To be eligible for 2010 scholarships, student applicants must:
- be a member of VACU not just any credit union in Virginia
- have joined VACU by September 30, 2009
- be the primary member of their own account, not just a joint owner on someone else’s account. Applicant's account must be in good standing
- be a rising college freshman, sophomore, junior or senior who will be taking at least 9 credit hours per semester at an accredited college or university. You may be in either an undergraduate program or an associate’s degree program at a community college

Richmond Chapter of Credit Unions Scholarships
This scholarship program for high school students is sponsored by the Richmond Chapter of Credit Unions. For these scholarships, either the students or their parents must be members of a Richmond area credit union.
