 Your Role as a Liaison

Our workplace liaisons are a valuable link between Virginia Credit Union and our members. You are part of a statewide network of over 1,400 representatives who link your workplace with your credit union. We count on you to help spread the word about the value and benefits of credit union membership as well as provide feedback to us from our members.

Liaisons make a difference

Here are suggested ways to let your teammates know what a great employee benefit they enjoy when they take advantage of VACU membership. We’ll provide everything you need, and all supplies are free. You’ll find it takes just a little time and brings great value to your coworkers when you keep them informed.

  • Keep current credit union brochures on hand by ordering with this convenient liaison resources order form.

  • Make your credit union a part of new employee orientations by handing out our orientation flyer, and copies of our brochure, Welcome to Virginia Credit Union – Guide to Member Services.

  • Include a Virginia Credit Union flyer in your employee handbook or in other employee benefits communications.

  • Make Virginia Credit Union a part of staff meetings, brown bag luncheons, employee benefits fairs or other employee events. Check our Learn section for topic ideas, or e-mail us if you need assistance.

  • Include credit union articles in your employee newsletters or other employee communications.

  • Give us feedback! We appreciate your suggestions on ways Virginia Credit Union can bring more value to you and your team at work. Let us hear from you.
