Your Board of Directors is pleased to announce plans for the 2010 Annual Meeting. As a member, you’re an owner of your credit union. This meeting is your opportunity to learn more about your credit union and elect your Board of Directors. See information about Board Nominees.

Qualified members attending the business meeting are also eligible for door prizes, including cash deposits.

To make meeting reservations, please print, complete and return an Annual Meeting Registration Form (PDF) or call Member Services by March 19, 2010. Dinner is $10 per person. There is no charge to attend the business meeting and social time. Meeting reservations are required to facilitate planning.

Help protect your identity by shredding your outdated personal and financial papers. Cintas Document Management, a document destruction company, will shred documents on a first-come, first-served basis. We're also asking members to donate canned goods at these events to help local food banks.

To allow us to accommodate as many members as possible,

• Limit your shredding to the equivalent of 3 paper grocery bags per vehicle
• Remove any non-paper items (staples and paper clips are fine)
• Do not include non-sensitive documents that could be disposed of in your home recycling or trash
